Hope you can get out and support our Tigers this week! MAJOR home contests on Monday and Tuesday. LET’S FILL THE GYM WITH TIGERS!
Wrestling looks to compete for another State Championship this weekend, and that journey picks up again on Monday AT HOME as our Tigers face Dixie in an Upper State Semifinal match at 6 pm. Let’s pack the gym on Monday! Since this is a state playoff, only SCHSL passes can be accepted for admission.
Basketball has a HUGE week! Our Varsity Girls should clinch AT LEAST the region runner-up spot (with a region championship still in play) and a home playoff game with a win over Ninety Six AT HOME Tuesday. The Varsity Boys have four critical games this week, and Tuesday’s game vs Ninety Six is a big one in determining playoff opportunities and seeding.

TIGER PROUD, and much left to do!
An additional but important word…..
This region meet essentially “defaulted” to Crescent because our other region schools were unable to host this year. Coach Austin Powell and his coaching staff never flinched and grabbed the opportunity by the horns. They took on the additional work (and it is a bunch!), and got it done for our kids and our program. Lots of work, but another home opportunity and memories made for our wrestlers. That’s what it’s all about. Very often the ones who put in the most work don’t get the appreciation, but THANK YOU to these coaches. And some Choc’s BBQ from Coach Jeff Jordan in the hospitality room is ALWAYS a great thing!
SPECIAL DAY…..first official practice on the new track facility. Great crowd of kids. Beautiful weather. Meaningful day.
WELCOME spring.
PLAY MULTIPLE SPORTS!
The 8 quarterbacks in last weekend’s NFL playoff games participated in a total of 24 high school sports.
This concept absolutely applies to males and females.
“Specialize” in being a multi-talented STUDENT-ATHLETE.
Y’all hear that? Postseason play is getting closer! Schedule for this week.
Reminder…Tryout and Practice Info for Spring Sports. MUST have physical and all paperwork on file to participate.
