TIGER CROSS COUNTRY!
Each summer, members of the cross country team are challenged to run 100 miles. This summer, we had 12 students to qualify, with junior Michael McCall running the most at 178 total miles. As a team, xc ran 2,216 total miles. We are extremely proud of the hard work they’ve put in. To celebrate, the 100 mile club went to Helen, GA to go tubing on Saturday, August 10th.

VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS:
CHS/SIMS C-Team Volleyball tryouts will be held for rising 7th and 8th graders on Wed., August 7th and Thurs., August 8th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Crescent. Participants must have physical, play safe, parent permission, and HIPAA forms turned in on the day of or before tryouts. Students missing forms will not be able to participate in tryouts. Forms can be found on the Crescent website under “Athletics-Required Participation Forms.”

CRESCENT CROSS COUNTRY season is just around the corner.....schedule is here! Practice will begin Monday, August 19th and will be Mon-Thurs. from 4-5:30. Students must have all paperwork turned in to participate in practice. Forms can be found on the Crescent website under Athletics.

Reminder that Starr-Iva Tigers Football practice starts on Monday! SIMS football practice begins Aug. 5th at 7:00pm. Practice will be held at SIMS from 7 to 8:30pm.
