Mr. Simpson’s ML students were challenged to cook and present the history of their favorite dishes from Mexico and Puerto Rico. Students demonstrated the appropriate method to enjoy these dishes, from assembly to how to eat them properly. During this presentation to various CHS & DO staff, students had to incorporate the dish's history and key vocabulary they learned through this process. This demonstration was an excellent representation of some of the different cultures within Crescent. #tigerstogether

Our Second Annual Veterans Day Celebration was a heartwarming display of patriotism! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ’™β€οΈ Command Sergeant Major Bryan Merk (Crescent Class of 1985) gave inspiring remarks about servitude. Thank you, CSM Merk, for sharing your experiences with us all, and THANK YOU for your service to our nation! πŸͺ–πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ We again extend our most profound appreciation to those who have defended our freedom. Your commitment echoes in our hearts like a proud tiger's roar. Thank you for your service!πŸŽ–οΈ

Mrs. Holbrook's and Mrs. Lister's English 4 students at Crescent recently presented career boards! The students' boards included necessary skills, certifications and educational requirements, job responsibilities, salary, and environment information based on their chosen career field and potential demographic location. Both sessions will be held on TCTC Pendleton Campus from 6:00pm – 7:00pm on October 25.
