Travis Waters has been hired to lead the Crescent High School Marching Tiger Band. Mr. Waters is the current Band Director at Greenville Sr. High School, in Greenville, SC. He has served as the Band Director at Greenville for the past 11 years. Prior to his time at Greenville, Mr. Waters served as the Assistant Band Director at both Union and Greer High Schools for 8 years.
Mr. Waters is relocating to the Anderson area with his wife Katie and his 3 children: Brent, Gavin, and Ella Kate. Mr. Waters commented,“I’m excited and intrigued to come to Crescent! I look forward to taking this band to the next level and building a culture of excellence in everything we do!”
The Tiger Band will get their 1st opportunity to meet with Mr. Waters tomorrow, April 22, 2022 during Power Hour. “We are very excited to bring someone with the experience, commitment to excellence, and proven results that Mr. Waters has achieved to Crescent High School.
