Say hello to Mrs. Emily Grant, this week's #A3AllStar! 🌟
Mrs. Grant is the Art teacher at Flat Rock Elementary and has been teaching for 7 years! 👩🎨
When asked about her teaching career, Emily said, "I have a passion for art and sharing that with our students is one of the coolest parts of my life. My mother and grandmother were also teachers, and they both played a significant role in guiding me toward this profession. I love that I get to interact with every student that comes into our building. They share excitement for creativity, and it makes what I do easy!"
Several co-workers and parents nominated Grant. One co-worker wrote, "Mrs. Grant goes above and beyond as not only an art teacher but as a leader, we all look up to."

1. I am married to my high school sweetheart. He is such a massive part of what I do here. He helps me with literally every big project I do for our students.

4. My twin sister teaches 3rd grade at Flat Rock, so we get to see each other every day! ✏️
